Reasons to support 4-H and the Annual Livestock Sale. The 4-H auction is an exciting event as it’s the culmination of members’ project efforts. 4-H youth spend several months caring for, feeding, and working with their animals in order to show them and ultimately sell them at the fair. When you purchase a 4-H livestock project at the auction, you are helping a 4-H member reach their final project goal, along with receiving responsibly raised, high-quality products that are raised under the 4-H quality animal management program.
